A Point of Contact can receive project level communications via email (schedule of values set up, change order issues, retainage released, etc.)
- A Point of Contact will receive compliance document notification emails when the sub contractor uploads a new required compliance document, and when the general contractor marks an uploaded compliance document as "not compliant".

Admin

A project-level admin can perform any project-level action available to the other roles outlined below (except act as approver or notary without those specific roles).
- A project-level admin may receive compliance document notification emails when the sub contractor uploads a new required compliance document, and when the general contractor marks an uploaded compliance document as "not compliant"
- Only if there are no project-level points of contact.

Curator

A project-level curator can perform the following actions:

Create, edit, and delete contracts

Edit document preferences

Add company members to the project

Edit roles of project members (besides admin)

A project-level prepper can perform the following actions:

Setup schedule of values

Edit values on a bill

Submitter

A project-level submitter can perform the following actions:

Submit a bill

Signature appears on signed documents

- A project-level submitter may receive compliance document notification emails when the sub contractor uploads a new required compliance document, and when the general contractor marks an uploaded compliance document as "not compliant"

A project-level approver can perform the following actions:

Ability to approve a bill that was submitted

- A project-level approver may receive compliance document notification emails when the sub contractor uploads a new required compliance document, and when the general contractor marks an uploaded compliance document as "not compliant"

Notary
- A notary can perform e-notary signatures on documents in Flashtract.

Payment Approver
- A payment approver can mark an invoice as On Hold or as Ready to Pay. Also, can leave comments on a contract and read comments left by other users.
