Overview:
Flashtract will provide a real time API connection between Sage 300 CRE and Flashtract. The user will need to import a project following the steps outlined below. Once a project is imported, a connection will be established and Commitments, Commitment Change Orders, Vendors will be imported into Flashtract automatically on a routine sync (approximately 30 minutes).
Requirements:
- The job Status in Sage 300 CRE must be set to "In Progress" in order for the job to show up in your import list. This can be found under Job Setup in Sage 300 CRE.
Step 1:
Click "Integrations" from the main menu sidebar.
Step 2:
Click "Start Import" on the integration tile you are using.
Step 3:
Check the box next to the project(s) you are looking to import. Then click "Next".
If you do not see the project you are looking for please scroll up and review the "Requirements" section in order to confirm all prerequisites are being meet.
Step 4:
Review the project(s) you are about to import then click "Import".
Step 5:
Click "Dashboard" to return to return to your list of active projects or click "View projects" if you want to continue importing additional projects.
Project import complete. You will see your imported project on your Dashboard.
