Why are we changing our password policy?
Trimble Pay is introducing a new password policy to enhance our applications security and align with industry best practices for platform security.
New Password Requirements
- 8 character minimum
- 64 character maximum
- Passwords must adhere to the following requirements
- The password may contain alphabetic letters
- The password is a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters
- The password contains a digit
- The password contains a special character such as !, $, ^, *, or +"
Annual Updates
- Passwords must be changed annually
- Each time you change your password, the clock is reset
- You will receive two emails in advance of your password expiring
- 7 days in advance
- The day of expiration
- If your password expires, you will be forced to create a new password the next time you login
Step 1:
If your password does not meet our new password policy as outlined above, for security purposes you will be asked to reset your password
Step 2:
Enter your Trimble Pay account email address and click "Reset Password".
Step 3:
Check your email. (Email will be from no-reply@flashtract.com). Subject line: TRIMBLE PAY SECURITY ALERT: Reset Password Request. Click "Reset password".
Step 4:
Enter a new password, confirm password and click "Reset password".
Password requirements:
- At least eight characters
- Uppercase and lowercase character
- One special character
- One number
Step 5:
Enter your email and new password. Then click "Login".
*Make sure you are typing your new password. Sometimes autosaved passwords have not been updated.
