Implementation Process

Once the app has been downloaded, a Flashtract representative will reach out to schedule an implementation scoping session. This session will be a short meeting to discuss the needs of the integration. Once the scoping session is complete, Flashtract will give that company the Procore integration entitlement and set up a short training session. In this training session, a Flashtract team member will walk any necessary stakeholders through the following integration flows:

1. Import data into Flashtract
2. Map Flashtract SOV to Procore SOV
3. Export approved invoices out of Flashtract into Procore
