Make sure all required Project fields are filled out in Procore:

• Project Number
• Description
• Address Line 1
• City
• State
• County
• Zip Code

Subcontracts

Make sure all required Subcontract fields are filled out in Procore:

• Description
• Retainage %

Change Orders

Make sure all required Change Order fields are filled out in Procore:

• Description

The Commitment Change Order must be marked as Approved in Procore before it will be available for import

Project Vendors

Make sure all required Change Order fields are filled out in Procore:

• Name
