(Note: If you have already added your notary to your organization, but need to establish their user role within Flashtract, please skip to Step 8.)
Step 1:
Click on Company Settings.
Step 3:
Select Manage team from the left hand side of the page.
Step 4:
Choose Edit & Add Member from the top right hand corner.
Step 5:
Enter the email address of the notary you wish to add and select the appropriate user roles.
Step 6:
Click Save to send an invite to your notary.
Step 7:
The invited notary will receive an email invite which they can use to join your company.
Step 8:
Click Edit to open the menu to edit your notary's role.
Step 9:
Click Add info to open the menu to add details of your notary's license.
Step 10:
Click Save to save the details of your notary's license.
