Import into Flashtract from Viewpoint Vista

Step 1:

Click on the "Integrations" tab from the left hand sidebar.

Step 2:

Click "Start import" under Vista and, if you like, select to import new projects automatically.

Note: If you select to import new projects automatically, you can skip to Step 7.

Step 3:

Identify the projects you wish to import.
Note: You can filter projects by number or name, as well as by whether they've been imported previously.

Step 4:

Check the boxes for the projects you wish to import.

Step 5:

Click "Next".

Step 6:

Click "Import".

Step 7:

Go to your dashboard and select the project.

Step 8:

Select the contract you wish to build out.

Step 9:

Scroll down to the SOV and select "Get started manually".

Step 10:

Enter line item descriptions, and select "Add Line Item" if more line items are needed.

Step 11:

Select "Save".

Step 12: 

Scroll to the top of the page and select "Settings".

Step 13:

Select "Accounting line mapping".

Step 14:

Select your line items.

Step 15:

Drag the line items to the correct accounting line item.

Step 16:

Select "Confirm mapping".
